Are you Worth Fighting For?

FightingFor

Imagine fitting into those skinny jeans.

Imagine waking up every morning with a smile.

Imagine loving what you see in the mirror.

Imagine never having to stress about weight again.

Maybe you’ve tried so many times before that you are afraid that this will just be another “diet failure”. That’s how Sue felt. But she hung in there and even when she struggled, she came back fighting.

Sue was a skeptic, and felt like she had tried every diet on the planet. It wasn’t her failure that led to her success, it was her persistence. Thanks to her persistence, she is 10 pounds down, and has conquered her late night snack attack. After working with me, Sue found out she was a fighter!

Why is it so hard to taste sweet success at weight loss? Because winning the battle of the bulge isn’t just one fight… it’s a series of strategic moves led by experienced generals that move you to victory.

You can develop healthy habits so that they become as automatic as breathing. You can break the yo-yo dieting cycle. You can reclaim a body and lifestyle that you thought was lost.

[bctt tweet=”It won’t be easy. It won’t happen overnight. It WILL be glorious!”]

Are you worth fighting for? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to finally reclaim your body and achieve your best health?

Knowing exactly what to do, letting go of the constant stress of thinking, “Am I gonna gain from this”, saying “I can’t eat that”, and getting a practical path is hands down the best thing you can do for your body and mind.

If you are looking for someone who can create a strategy that will cover all three aspects of a healthy lifestylenutrition, fitness and success, I’d be honored to speak with you about your dream. Let’s set up a time to chat on the phone one-on-one.

Not sure why you should work with me? You can find out how I lost 100 pounds and why my mission is now to prevent other women from struggling with the battle of the bulge. Read more HERE.

If you are not into it, that’s ok. Keep reading the half-hearted health magazines and endlessly torture yourself with images of fit women online. You’ll know when you are ready. I will be here when you are ready.

Have you considered working privately with a health coach? Why or why not?

  1. We always need to get up again. Like building muscle, getting up again is a skill we can strengthen through repetition. We might feel really sore the next day, but as long as we keep getting back up, we’ll get stronger and stronger. Look out world! Thanks for this post, Jennifer.

    1. Well said, Erin. It is interesting that building muscle (in any area of life) requires failure. When we fail, we come back even stronger.

And, yes, no matter what life throws at us, we can ALWAYS get up again!
