Do you struggle with the battle of the bulge?  How many people do you know have lost a significant amount of weight?  Of those people, how many are dedicated to helping you defeat your own battle?

I defeated my own weight loss battle.  As a former fat girl, I have both mental and physical scars.

Mental

  • Low Self-Confidence
  • Jealous of skinny people
  • Feeling unattractive
  • Resentment at how easy it appears for others

 Physical

  • Surgery scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Cellulite
  • Loose skin

I have been lucky to love my weight loss for over a decade.  But, this is not the case for everyone.  We are flooded with stories of people who lost 40, 50, and 60 pounds, only to regain all of it and then some.

Did you hear about Kirstie Alley rejoining Jenny Craig after she regained all of her weight? People like her have struggled so hard to succeed, only to find themselves frustrated and even more disappointed in themselves.

I offer a solution that is permanent and can be adapted to your lifestyle.  I call this adding your own flavor. You wouldn’t ask a hair stylist to fix your garage, would you? Why would you ask a person who has never struggled with weight to tell you how to eat and move?

If you are ready to defeat the battle of the bulge, join my email list. I will be releasing details for my new weight loss coaching program this summer. Not only will I release the information to my email subscribers first, but I will also offer a deep discount to them.

By joining my list, you get a weekly jolt of motivation to succeed. You also get a taste of my upcoming speaking events in Minneapolis. I will also be offering giveaways at my speaking events. Plus, I would love to meet you!

I was happy as a fat girl. I am even happier as a former fat girl. I want to share my proven techniques for permanent weight loss with you. Get updates today!

  1. It’s never been weight, it’s been firming/maintenance for me. The older i get, the more my flab seems to go DOWN, making it look like more than it is! AUGH. And dressing to cover is more complicated too. Good luck on your product!
