Does This Apply to You?

https://www.dreamstime.com/royalty-free-stock-image-angry-fat-woman-hammer-scale-image23868946You are tired of feeling fat.  You are frustrated by your inability to lose or keep the weight off.  You are confused by the amount of weight loss information at your fingertips.

I’ve always hated the word fat.  I wasn’t fat, I was “plus” or “heavy-set”.  I wasn’t fat, I was “curvy” or “large-boned”.  I might even have been “fluffy”.  But, certainly NOT fat.

Until I reached a point at which I was tired of feeling fat.  I decided I was ready to take control of my life.

I haven’t tried every diet known to man.  I didn’t begin the cycle of yo-yo dieting so familiar to many frustrated women.  Once I decided to lose, I chose the plan that helped me keep the weight off forever.

When I lost the weight, I was a college graduate looking for full-time work.  I didn’t have a lot of money or interest in a lifetime gym membership or weight loss support group.  I wanted something I could sustain for the rest of my life.

A friend of mine commented to me the other day that she likes reading my blog, but she doesn’t relate to it.  This is a friend who has had her own struggles with weight over the years.

How many times do you read some new article, book, or blog on weight loss, only to say to yourself “This does not apply to me”?

I don’t know what your personal weight loss struggles are.  I don’t know how much you have to lose, what diets or exercise plans you have tried, or why they failed.  I especially don’t know if my own experience with weight loss will connect with you.  What I do know is weight loss can be achieved by anyone, if they have access to the right inspiration and information.

I promise you that I can give you both inspiration and information.  Start with my 5 in 5 for 5 report for diet-free and gym-free ways to lose the weight.  Are you ready to take that first step?
