Who do you See in the Mirror?

Who do you see when you look in the mirror? For many years, when I was at my highest weight of 275 pounds, I hated looking in the mirror because it reminded me of what others saw when they looked at me, NOT how I felt inside about myself.

I felt happy and pretty that day, but the minute I looked in the mirror or saw my reflection in a window, my mood crashed. I was not happy or pretty. Instead, I was pretty miserable.

The mirror is not a reflection of who you are on the inside but it can definitely affect how we feel and how others see us.

Imagine for a minute what your day would look like if your outer image matched who you are inside? Would that change what you did during the day? Would you be open to trying new things? Attending new events? Become excited at the prospect of shopping for a new dress that you feel fantastic in?

You can enjoy looking in the mirror again with the usual methods:
