You watch what you eat, you work out every day, and the scale still will not budge. You throw up your hands in defeat and say “I am meant to be fat!”
Does that sound like you? That used to be me. Being fat was all I ever knew. I was how I grew up, and I never had a reason to challenge the idea that it was how I would die. Until a death in my family forced me to challenge myself.
I know how frustrating it can be to work so hard to lose weight, only to fall flat on your face. I also know that you can do it. Because I did.
That is why I challenge you to say, I am meant to be thin
To help motivate you for this challenge, I will feature special guest posts throughout the month of September from fit and fabulous women who refused to give up. These women have proven that they are NOT meant to be fat. They also have dedicated their lives to helping women who are struggling with weight loss. Women just like you.
Need more motivation? Sign up for my Less is More workshop on October 30. Kristen Brown and I will give tips and tricks to help you reach your goals by Christmas. Not in Minneapolis? Subscribe to my email list, so that you don’t miss the fantastic stories from these inspirational women.
