Here is the structure:
We meet virtually on Zoom for two hours in a small group format (5 or less) with hot seat coaching from a professional speaker. I will record the sessions, and encourage you to be present for both days.
- Day 1– refine your speaking topic and title to be marketable to paying audiences within government, corporate, associations, education or entrepreneurial events, establish clear audience takeaways for a speech up to 90 minutes long, and create a Speaker Sheet and biography you can be proud of.
- Day 2– establish a speaker booking system for researching and vetting speaking engagements that grow your business, identify how to connect with decision-makers (both through applications and connecting online and off), and organize your research for prompt and timely follow-up.
- Create your own speaking plan for the next 90 days, and receive a private 30 minute accountability call to check your progress and determine next steps.
