What is Your Flavor?

Your flavorRecently, I posted a Facebook survey on the challenges that we face when trying to lose weight.  This survey is helping me to write the best weight loss e-book ever.  While I have been blogging for over a year, I am intimidated by writing a book.  That is why I reached out to my readers for their input.

TV ads, radio ads, and direct salespeople flood us with the latest weight loss products or programs, most of which cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars.  According to the survey results, this is the number one most hated aspect of most weight loss programs.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS COST TOO MUCH.

Here at Weightless, I do not promote any particular weight loss program, and I will not endorse popular weight loss products.  Just like you, I didn’t want to shell out the money for those things when I was losing weight.  Because I didn’t need them.

Neither do you!  You do not need a weight loss program or product.  You do need a weight loss plan.

That is why I am writing an e-book.  This e-book will provide details on how you can get started with your own weight loss plan. Part memoir, part workbook, it will give you the tools and inspiration you need to lose weight for life!  No more yo-yo dieting, denying your favorite foods, or running on a treadmill that goes nowhere.

When finished, my e-book will sell for less than $30.  Not bad when compared to your standard weight loss program!

You may be confused as to what my e-book will offer you.  I am not a glamorous celebrity endorser or MILF who looks so awesome that you grit your teeth when you see me.  I am an average middle-aged mother of two who lost 100 pounds and kept it off.  I am not a nutritionist or personal trainer.  Don’t you need both of those things in order to be successful?

That depends on your point of view.  Think of my services as a treasured family recipe.  Family recipes are passed down based on experience and experimentation with new combinations of flavors.  When I cooked with my grandmother, she never had a recipe card with measured ingredients or quantities.  Instead, she said “put a little of this, a little of that”.

My weight loss recipe is more of a general guideline that any woman can take and make her own.  I tell you the ingredients, show you how to combine, and you add your own personal flavor.  Because weight loss IS personal.

If that appeals to you, then stay tuned for my book.  If you know a friend who might be seeking my services, let them know to sign up for my email list.  As always, thank you for your support and feedback.
